Event registration fees are refundable up to two weeks prior to the event.  Within the two week period before the event, no refunds will be issued.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email or fax.   You may click here to email your cancellation or fax your cancellation to 405.236.5439.

All registration refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the event.
