Rodine Honored At National Conference (PDF), (Oklahoma City, OK), October 22, 2009, Sharon Rodine was honored for her three decades of advocacy on youth issues at a national gathering of advocates this week. Rodine, Director of Youth Initiatives at the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy (OICA), is the first recipient of a national award bearing her name.


OICA Issues the 2010 Legislative Agenda! (PDF), (Oklahoma City, OK), October 15, 2009, OICA unveiled its priorities for the 2010 Oklahoma legislative session.  The Agenda was developed at the 2009 Fall Legislative Forum on Children's Issues, held October 13 and 14 in Oklahoma City and hosted by OICA.


News Releases 2009 OICA Launches the 2009 Legislative Agenda! (PDF), (Oklahoma City, OK), January 9, 2009, OICA unveiled its priorities for the 2009 Oklahoma legislative session, which will begin on February 2.  The Agenda was developed by over 600 children and youth advocates attending the annual Fall Legislative Forum last October and addresses the growing concerns of Oklahoma families during uncertain times.
