OK Foster Wishes works with the OK Department of Human Services to fulfill holiday wish lists submitted by children in foster care from across the state.  OICA connects those willing to purchase gifts with the lists provided and helps coordinate delivery of the items.  In addition, funds collected go to purchase gifts for those who might not have filled out a list in time or who came into the system late.  The Wrap Party, an event held in the Spring, raises programming dollars to ensure OK Foster Wishes continues each year.
